Came home to find my elderly mum had been trying to get out of the house for over an hour because internal door handle had completely snapped off and she was stuck in the living room. Called in a complete panic, they talked me through staying calm on the phone, were at the house in under 20 minutes and had her out within minutes of arriving. Checked she was okay before they left. Genuine, caring service. Cannot thank them enough.

Third time using these guys now and they haven't put a foot wrong yet. First job was an emergency lockout, second was getting a new cylinder fitted after a break-in nearby spooked me into upgrading, and this time around it was a uPVC door that had dropped and was scraping the frame every time we opened it. All three times, same story. On time, tidy, knows what he's doing, price is what they said it would be. That kind of consistency is rare.
